- In the scope of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) mission, it is planned to support the development of a study that will enable the Jalisco State Water Commission ("CEA, in Spanish") to identify its needs for the proper treatment of wastewater in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara ("AMG, in Spanish"). This study will involve an analysis of alternative solutions for the treatment of wastewater generated in the AMG, particularly in the sub-basins within the Santiago River basin such as Río Blanco, El Vado, Coyula, San Andrés, San Gaspar, and Osorio, with the aim of analyzing the potential for circular economy in the public services, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
