The service must be enabled for 5 months the stations that the trust requires based on its operation needs and can be distributed according to the demand for service calls (In-Bound), Output (Out-Bound) and/or online care services (Chat) and/or Video Attention Service and/or Services for Digital Media and/or Assistance Service by WhatsApp to cover in the case of business days Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 33,880 hours and for care on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. a maximum of 3,500 and a minimum of 1,400 hours. Or on the days and schedules that are required to cover the operation based on the needs of the Trust.
