• The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) calls for tender (RFP) to establish a contract with a provider to carry out the specialized Consulting Service for the development of the Registry of Girls, Boys and Adolescents in the Context of Human Mobility and interoperability with the modules of the Information System “For your Rights” version 2.0, through a decoupled architecture and an API First approach aimed at scalability, security and inter-institutional integration. “Request For Proposal” (RFP, for its acronym in English), and which is identified in this case as RFP, is a call for acquisitions of required services, where the offeror is expected to propose a solution to the problem exposed in the specifications. RFP is issued to receive proposals that, when evaluated, contain a comprehensive solution, within the framework of the established instructions, such as: (i) objective and scope, (ii) enumeration of the requirements that must be included in the proposal, (iii) selection criteria, (iv) method of delivery of proposals. The deadline to receive responses to this RFP is May 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local time in Mexico City.
