Description:
Between 2021 and 2023, UNHCR contracted the services of a private company to implement the Data Digitization and Verification Project at the Mexican Commission for Refugee Assistance (COMAR), to (1) digitize COMAR's physical archive and (2) verify the data of the actions that make up a file to update the COMAR Database. As a result of the Project, a system called FILE TRACKING SYSTEM was delivered to improve document management and link the physical file with its digitized version, among others.
