Description:
Professional services in administrative law, to attend and monitor for 2025, to the defense of the rights and interests of banobras in their capacity as credit institution, in (i) the administrative contentious judgments and/or nullity judgments presented against them before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice or local courts and those judgments, resources or ordinary means or extraordinary means that of these derive; (ii) Contentious matters derived from the imposition of sanctions against the National Bank of Public Works and Services, National Credit Society; (iii) Procedures of claims or payment requirements of insurance policies or bonds before the consolidators or the National Insurance and Bonding Commission to make effective the guarantees exhibited in said modality that have been granted in favor of Banobras as a beneficiary of them, to guarantee the fulfillment of contractual obligations; And (iv) any notification made by the Tax Administration Service, as well as others of a similar nature that are presented during the validity of the contracting
