• PERFORMING THE “PREVENT AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE IN THE HVAC CONTROL SYSTEM, OF THE BSL-3 LABORATORY, LEVEL 5 OF THE NEW RESEARCH TOWER”, HEREON, THE SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE SAFE HANDLING OF BIOLOGICAL AGENTS THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS OR POTENTIALLY LETHAL ILLNESS THROUGH INHALATION. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE HVAC (HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING) CONTROL SYSTEM IS A CRITICAL AND ESSENTIAL COMPONENT TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF PERSONNEL, THE CONTAINMENT OF PATHOGEN AGENTS AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL STABILITY OF THE LABORATORY. THROUGH THIS TYPE OF CONTRACTING, THE NEED FOR GOOD FUNCTIONING IS MADE AND PRIORITY IS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN HVAC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE BSL-3 LABORATORY, SUCH AS AN ESSENTIAL MEASURE TO ENSURE BIOLOGICAL SAFETY, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY OF SCIENTIFIC AND CLINICAL ACTIVITIES.
