Description:
Preliminary work that includes essential activities that will prepare the intervention areas before the start of the installation will be carried out. Among them include stroke and demolition of wall to generate access to the staircase, removal and shelter of furniture that is in the area. Likewise, the cleaning and clearing of the site, the preparation of access and safe work areas, as well as the management, classification and disposal of waste according to current environmental and safety regulations are contemplated. Adequate security signaling will be placed to delimit and protect the work area. The hauling and transport of debris, construction waste or leftover materials generated during the works will also be carried out, from the work area to the authorized site for disposition. Regarding the facilities, an emergency metal ladder, a metal door with sheet and panic bar, is supplied and placed to access it, all this supported by the technical standards necessary for its execution.
