Description:
Contribution application: RFQ/2025/ACNUR/MEX/045 to hold a purchase order for the provision of food and coffebreak services/home catering in the state of Veracruz for the ACNUR in Mexico. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS • Terms of reference: as indicated in the annex A. • Quantity: As indicated in Annex B quotation format. Favor of using Annex "B" to issue its quote on your company's letterthed sheet • Place of delivery of the requested products and quantities by destination: • Juan Pablo Second S/N Calzada, Costa Verde Fractionation, C.P. 94294, Boca del Rio, Veracruz. • The service will be required for three consecutive days, within the framework of the main event scheduled for October 2025 In Veracruz, Veracruz. • Two types of service are contemplated: • a) Food (full food service) • b) Coffee break (snacks, coffee, drinks y snacks) • The supplier must have operational availability seven days a week (Monday to Sunday), depending on the programming of events.
