- The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Six state diagnoses will be developed (Baja California, Chihuahua, Chiapas, Coahuila CDMX, and Tamaulipas) to identify barriers and opportunities in the labor market for people in mobility situations, incorporating regulatory analysis and recommendations with spreadsheets route. At the same time, four hybrid training modules will be designed and implemented for SNE staff on equitable hiring, with and training of trainers approach and the development of a specialized manual that allows the replicability and sustainability of the training processes. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, the necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
