- The International Labor Office IO T is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The consultancy aims to prepare a legal evaluation report on the degree compatibility between the Mexican regulatory framework and the provisions of the Private Employment Agencies Convention, 1997 (No. 181). The work includes the systematic review and analysis of national legislation, policies and practices linked to the issue; the identification of gaps in the Convention; the formulation of realistic recommendations for eventual ratification and implementation; and conducting interviews and consultations with the tripartite constituents of the ILO in Mexico. The report must be prepared based on verifiable documentary evidence, complying with ILO technical and legal standards, and include an executive summary, a comparative matrix and an executive presentation of results.
