- Call for external collaborator - Diagnosis and strengthening of capacities for the prevention of child labor and forced labor in the agricultural sector of the San Quintín Valley, Baja California. The consultancy will develop a diagnosis on the risks of child labor, forced labor and decent work deficits in the agricultural sector of the San Quintín Valley, Baja California, with emphasis on the working conditions of agricultural laborers, hiring dynamics, migration labor and associated risks in agricultural companies in the region. Likewise, it will carry out technical consultations with public and private actors, including companies, producer organizations, unions, labor authorities and society organizations. civil society, in order to validate findings, strengthen social dialogue and identify opportunities for joint action. As part of the consultancy, a training manual for trainers on the prevention of child labor and forced labor in the agricultural sector, aimed at strengthening the capacities of union organizations and other relevant actors to replicate training processes aimed at agricultural workers, producers and other worker organizations. These activities They will establish a technical and methodological basis to promote decent work, strengthen fundamental principles and rights at work and prevent child labor and forced labor in the agricultural chains of the region.
